Ushioni

Ushioni is a powerful and dangerous youkai who lives in the forest near the bathhouse in Spirited Away. He is a giant, black, horned creature with a long tail and sharp claws. He is said to have the power to control the weather and to create illusions. Ushioni is a very territorial creature and he is not afraid to attack anyone who enters his territory. He is especially dangerous to children, who he sees as easy prey. One day, a young girl named Chihiro enters Ushioni's territory. She is lost and scared, and she doesn't know what to do. Ushioni appears before her and she is immediately terrified. He tells her that he is going to eat her, but Chihiro is saved by the intervention of Haku, a young boy who is also a youkai. Haku fights Ushioni and eventually defeats him. He then takes Chihiro back to the bathhouse, where she is safe. Ushioni is never seen again, but his story is still told as a warning to children who would dare to enter his territory.
