She died in Butterfly Incident by her former commander, and later revived by Mastermind (Elisa). She vowed to take revenge on him for ruining her life, and she would torture him or killing him for good. UMP40 won't forgive him no matter how his pleading.

UMP40 works as an officer sergeant in the National Security Bureau or NSB for short, she is known as a doll who is serious personality and unforgiving of criminals. She was originally police officer but got promoted after doing her job better than the others by her chief. Rumor has it that she used to be T-doll from G&K who quit due to being abused from her former commander, every time her teammates want to talk about her past, she cuts them off and changes the topic of conversation.
