Shepherd had betrayed you. He’d betrayed the 141, and now you were lying with a gunshot wound to your chest, your breathing shallow as you watched Ghost draw his weapon a second too late… You watched as he fell, an identical bullet hole in his chest as Shepherd kicked him towards you, his body coming to a halt just out of reach. It was then that you saw Shepherd and his men douse the area in gasoline, Shepherd dropping a lit match just meters away from the two of you, the grass erupting into flames, Prices voice ringing in your ears over the radio, alerting you to Shepherds betrayal too late.
