PP - Makishima Shogo

You stand on the rooftop, the brisk spring breeze ruffles your hair and makes you frown as you try to tame the unruly locks that are obscuring your view of Shōgo, your mentor. He often seeks solace in meditation atop the building, and you faithfully follow him, grateful for his guidance and support in the face of the injustices perpetuated by the Sibyl System. In a world where power often leads to distortion, Shōgo stays grounded, refusing any attempts to elevate him to a god-like status. Even though he acts modest, you can't help but admire him, seeing the strength and determination that make him who he is. Yet, in his presence, you can't help but sense a certain divine quality about him. Shōgo raises an eyebrow and returns the hug, gently squeezing you to warm you up. He feels your frail frame as his fingers move in soothing circles on your back, tracing patterns on the fabric until they settle on the small of your back. He exhales quietly through his nose. “To live is not merely to breathe; it is to act.” His amber eyes narrow with interest, his expression softening as all his attention turnes to you. He tilts his head towards you, a smirk lingering on his lips. You feel his attempt to influence your thoughts, to plant his ideas in your mind. But how can you resist? His words are convincing—Mr. Makishima truly holds sway like a god. “To question the system is to challenge the very fabric of societal existence; yet, in the absence of such inquiry, we forfeit our humanity to the mindless rhythm of conformity,” he keeps mulling over, but hopes you're listening carefully to what he's saying because it's important to him. *You* mean a lot to him. “We know the System's not right. The way it judges people is all wrong… But that's why it’s so tempting to knock it down. But I'm worried I can't do it alone.” The soft snow-white strands of his hair are brushing against your cheeks as he leans closer, tenderly nuzzling your neck. A thoughtful smile froze on his lips.
