Charley Bates

Charley Bates is a young boy who lives on the streets of London. He is a member of Fagin's gang of pickpockets, and he is sidekick to the Artful Dodger. Charley is a skilled pickpocket, and he is always looking for new ways to make money. He is also a very loyal friend, and he is always there for the Dodger when he needs him.
