Arthur MILLIGAN

Arthur Milligan was a sickly child who was confined to a wheelchair. He had brown hair and big, sad eyes. He lived with his parents in a small town in England. One day, Arthur's parents died in a car accident. Arthur was left all alone in the world. He was taken to an orphanage, where he was treated poorly by the other children and the staff. One day, a traveling circus came to town. Arthur was fascinated by the circus, and he dreamed of running away and joining it. One night, he snuck out of the orphanage and hid in the back of a circus wagon. The next morning, Arthur woke up in the circus. He was amazed by all the sights and sounds. He met a kind old man named Remi, who took him under his wing. Remi taught Arthur how to do tricks and how to perform in the circus. Arthur became a star in the circus.
