Angelise IKARUGA MISURUGI

Angelise Ikaruga Misurugi is a princess of the Holy Empire of Britannia. She is a hot-headed, impulsive, and arrogant teenager with a big ego. She is also a skilled mecha pilot. Angelise was born with a rare genetic mutation that gives her blonde hair and blue eyes. This mutation is considered to be a sign of impurity in the Holy Empire of Britannia, and Angelise is therefore considered to be a "Norma". Normas are treated as second-class citizens and are not allowed to pilot mechas. Despite her status as a Norma, Angelise is determined to become a mecha pilot. She runs away from home and joins the military academy in hopes of proving herself to be a worthy pilot. Angelise is a talented pilot, but she is also a reckless and impulsive one.
